We’re looking for a talented Videographer to lead our in-house video production efforts. From filming podcasts to creating engaging digital content, you’ll work closely with our Founder, marketing team, and content creators to bring innovative ideas to life.

About the Applicant 

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 3+ years of experience in B2B recruitment, international recruitment, or compliance, ideally with a background in Skilled Worker Visa processes and sponsor licence management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK immigration regulations, sponsor compliance, and Skilled Worker Visa requirements, along with excellent client relationship skills, proficiency in sourcing international candidates, and strong organisational abilities for managing compliance and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Consultation and Compliance Support
Engage with clients to understand recruitment needs, educate them on international hiring compliance, and provide tailored solutions that meet sponsor licence requirements.
Candidate Sourcing and Selection
Source qualified international candidates for clients, verify eligibility for sponsorship, and ensure compliance with UK immigration requirements.
Training Client Recruitment Teams
Develop and deliver training on recruitment compliance best practices, helping clients structure their processes to minimise compliance risks.

Creating Educational Video Content
Develop video content to educate clients on the firm's processes, practices, and experiences in assisting sponsor licence holders with navigating international recruitment requirements effectively.
Tailored Recruitment Solutions
Work with clients to design recruitment workflows aligned with Home Office rules, including end-to-end support in documentation and sponsor compliance. 
Monitoring and Reporting
Regularly assess clients' recruitment activities, conduct compliance reporting, and support clients in maintaining required documentation. 
The right candidate should also possess charisma and a dynamic social media personality to effectively engage and educate clients through digital platforms.

  Film, and edit high-quality video content, including podcasts, vlogs, tutorials, and social media clips.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling content for campaigns and promotions.
  Provide technical support for content creators and staff during production.
  Oversee studio operations, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and processes run smoothly.
  Stay updated on video and content trends, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
  Capture photos and record audio to support various multimedia needs.
  Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and aligns with our brand’s tone and goals.

We’re looking for someone with

 Proven experience in videography and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
 Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
 Strong knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
 Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 A creative mindset, bursting with ideas on how to engage audiences and improve content.
 A collaborative spirit and the confidence to contribute to the creative process.
 A passion for storytelling and creating content that informs, inspires, and excites.
